Unleash your creativity and a healthier you! Join us for a live painting class at your local Florida Blue Center. Painting can offer many proven health benefits, like reducing anxiety and depression. Also, studies show the way it stimulates the brain can improve problem-solving and communication skills. And that's a beautiful thing. Don't miss this! RSVP is required, class is limited to 20 attendees.
