When: Tuesday, April 20, 2027 - 10:00am to 10:30am
This 30-minute stretch class will take you through a sequence of stretching designed to release tension and stress for your entire body. This class will tone and flatten your abdominals, improve balance and help you with bending and reaching. The benefits you will enjoy are better posture, improved mobility and a more youthful energy. Please bring your own mat to class.
